Remote Support Assistance
The OneSource Remote Support System is an easy to use application that allows us to remotely access your machine. Clicking on this link will begin the download process. Please review the following instructions before clicking on the link.

1) When you first click on the link above, you will see a warning message about downloading the file. This warning will differ based on which Windows operating system you are using and which browser you are using. You need to click the Run button to start the process. This will take only a few seconds as the downloaded file is very small. If you want to save the file, you can click on Save and save it to your desktop. The file is an uncompressed executable file.

| 2) After you have run the program above, you are presented with a screen like the one on the right. It will ask for an assigned ID number. Your OneSource representative will provide this number. Please enter the number and press OK. |

| 3) Once you have completed the above steps, the connection is established and we are able to access your desktop. Throughout the session with us you will see a connection status bar at the top of your screen, like the one shown to the right. |

| 4) When the session is completed, the remote support software is immediately uninstalled and the window shown to the right will appear on your screen. Click OK to close the window. |
